What does the coronavirus pandemic mean for our real estate market? Though there is a lot of uncertainty out there, real estate is still happening. We’re still getting calls from buyers and homeowners, and interest rates are still at an all-time low. There are still plenty of opportunities to take advantage of.

    Steve, thank you for addressing this situation, since we have a property listed at this time with the Lander Team it is reassuring that you as Realtors are always looking out for the best interests of your Sellers and Buyers, this Shift will benefit those that are willing to "go with the flow" The Hits and Saves on our listing in Lazy Y U has not stopped since you put the property on the market.
