- 870 single family homes were sold.
- The average purchase price was $150,000, which is a 7% increase from last year.
- Home values have increased by 36% over the last five years.
- The average days on market has fallen to 113 days.
- Sales on foreclosed properties have decreased dramatically, which is a sign of a healthy market.
- There were 123 land sales, 23 commercial sales, and a few multifamily sales throughout the county in 2015.
